Return Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first seven (7) days of your purchase provided the following terms are observed:

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. The original Sales Invoice must be returned along with the item.
4. Shipping costs for returning the item shall be borne by the Customer.
5. Shaft Seals are not entitled to return/refund once unsealed.
6. Chemicals and Solutions are on a “No Return, No Exchange Basis.”
