Shipping Policy

Products are warranted against factory defects. The warranty period begins from the invoice date and ends one year from this date. Liability is limited to the invoice value of the defective item. If there is a warranty claim, the Client shall send the item to Swimming Pool Republic’s principal office for inspection and review along with the original sales invoice or proof of purchase. Costs of bringing the item shall be borne by the claimant.

Warranty is void in the following scenarios:

1. The Serial Number in the defective item does not match the Serial Number indicated in the Sales Invoice / Customer records.
2. Improper testing, installation, and/or maintenance.
3. Not following item requirements
4. Claim of warranty is more than a year from purchase.
